Walter Burt plays piano and sings originals that he wrote long ago, thinking "if only I knew a music publisher!". He went on to become a founder of Madison's Musicnotes.com, He describes the songs as "somewhere between rock and show tunes", but everyone at Musicnotes calls "art music".
