The Stoughton Sea Shanty Society

The Stoughton Sea Shanty Society has been hosting regular community sing-alongs of sea shanties and other maritime-related music since 2022. Beginning (and still going) at Roxy's in Stoughton every second Tuesday of the month, shanty sings have been started by The Stoughton Sea Shanty Society Roving Song Circle at MUSO Madison every third Tuesday of the month and at Awildan Distilling every first Friday of the month, as well as around Wisconsin, in Iowa, Illinois, and at special events such as the tall ship festival in Door County and at Big Top Chautauqua in Bayfield.
