Glenwood Moravian Trombone Choir
The Glenwood Moravian Trombone Choir was founded in 1983, part of a-300-year-old tradition of trombone choirs in the Moravian denomination. In keeping with tradition, this is a brass choir that includes trumpets, and alto, tenor, and bass trombones. The group performs together regularly at church services, concerts, and in other musical settings. Their repertoire ranges from traditional Moravian chorales, Renaissance motets, and Gospel music, to jazz standards, Country songs, Beatles tunes, music by Frank Zappa, Mariachi songs, and much more.
