Adult Book Club
*We will play electric or unplugged* Formed in 2022 at the Madison Music Foundry, Adult Book Club has evolved into a powerhouse trio with a growing library of literature-inspired songs. Their debut “Chapter I” EP, released on November 10 2023, features a dynamic blend of intricate guitar riffs, energetic drumming, and literature-inspired lyrics. Adult Book Club's music is a reflection of their diverse influences, drawing inspiration from various rock and punk subgenres as well as the pages of timeless novels. Their music can veer from pop punk anthems to emo ballads to metalcore breakdowns, sometimes over the course of a single song. And while song titles like Catcher in the Rye and Brave New World may make their setlist look like a syllabus for a high school English class, there is no required reading for an Adult Book Club show.
