Why simply immerse yourself in a subject when you can run down a diving board and do a big, fat cannonball into it? I’m a joyful nerd-girl violist, reunited with my instrument during the lockdown. I’ll be playing cherry-picked movements of solo sonatas, fantasias, and airs written for cello and violin, which I have then stolen and taken for a joy ride. I can sometimes be found playing under the Yahara River bridge over East Washington, startling kayakers. The photo on my bio is Bach, trying to slip me his phone number.
